T.H.I.S - Is the acronym for True Healthcare Is Selfcare.

A comprehensive, independently sustainable program created to help build self confidence, self discipline, and the Physical wellbeing of every child that participates. THIS 360 Youth program was also created with an underlying element to seriously help inform, manage and discourage the culture of bullying. Strong emphasis will be put on relationship building and social emotional learning. The principles of a cognitive behavioral approach is strongly implemented in the program.

The class is structured around unique, fun and challenging tire exercise routines. When the entire class is ready to begin, a Positive word of the day is immediately established with the students. Throughout the entirety of the class, positive affirmations are shared in line with the word of the day.

Each tire exercise lasts about 45-60 seconds. There will be individual, partner and/or team exercises. The teacher or administrator will consistently share motivation and inspiration to empower the psychological aspect of the program.

The class is always concluded with further elaboration of the word of the day established at the beginning of the class.

The ultimate goal of the administrator is to build a strong self esteem and confidence in each child, through the empowering structure of the class.
